Upview Construction & Management Ltd is a team grouped by talented people from different tradesmen, including builder, carpenter Journeymen, designer, plumber journeymen, electrician journeymen, HAVC, etc. Most of our members have at least 5 years of trade experience and renovation experience. It’s our valve to pursue high quality with reasonable price. We provide one stop renovation service from design to finishing including design, permit application, framing, renovation, plumbing, electric, HVAC, etc. We also provide custom renovation service according to client’s budget.

The front end of the Upview experience is consultation: defining your vision, providing a realistic budget and creating a fantastic design. A fixed-price contract gives the clients a predictable scenario, offering stability during the length of the contract. Our client will benefit from the predictability of a fixed-price contract, since any degree of uncertainty on the final cost of the project exceeding initial estimates shifts entirely to us.
